Sequential Printing

The chronological order of the email and the attachments is maintained. The body of the email is printed first and then its attachments. The software waits for the current printing job to finish before sending a new one, thus maintaining the correlative order.
You can print PDF files, Office documents and images. You need to have Office installed for printing Word and Excel files and Adobe reader installed for printing PDF files. 
You can generate a PDF file with the printout by using a PDF printer driver.

Help Desk Tickets Export

Export your help desk tickets as email messages to Gmail, Exchange Server and IMAP. You can also extract email data and export it to Excel, databases and CRMs.
